Many parking lots already have security cameras---see the Toogood case. Wal-Mart, for example, has signs saying the lot is under surveillance.

Don't want to be filmed, don't go to Wal-Mart. Bank robbers would rarely be caught, or convicted, if it weren't for security cameras.

Toogood was taped in the parking lot of a Kohls. There aren't many private parking lots that don't have some type of video survellience, although most don't have the clarity of the Toogood tape.

How did they catch 'em before there were security cameras? They shouldn't need to be caught, they should be shot by employees and customers. Or by the "posse" that takes out after them as they flee.
