There's a big hot air balloon event in Marysville, OH every year

We went to Grove City and to Columbus this year. It was the first time I ever spent any time in Ohio. I loved it. The people were all very friendly.

Not a problem...You and VOC were real sweet to stay as long as you did....I know how hectic it can get when one is working. Heck, I had to leave too and I don't even work. Mr. Daisy needed to use the computer for a "bit" and it ended up to be over an hour and then it was lunch time and then a brief siesta....But it is nice to see you back....And I hope you can relax and enjoy the weekend.

If the weather cooperates, but right now it doesn't look good, we will be flying the flag in the afternoon. Bob J, Diotima, Interesting Times, & Nick Danger will be coming up from DC for a flight.

Other than that, I'm working...

At 308, I was 22.9% bodyfat. I am under 300 now, about 297-295. I believe I am 22% now.

My sister's friend is an aerobics instructer and she is 19%, I am only 3% higher in fat percentage, and she is so thin!! And, she is a jock, too! So, while I am still a huge guy, it is nice to know that when considering bodyfat, I am back to a normal percentage for humans, I am just too large for normal clothes still!
