The tied sweater was a big fashion thing during the preppy era in the 80's. Apparently ol Hill hasnt seen any fashion mags lately.

I have seen this stupid fashion thing exactly five times since hillary was elected, each time sported by a wide-eyed NPR-type airhead. Two at an education convention, one at a theater opening, one was in my golf foursome and one was a random idiot. I profiled them as hillary voters immediately and shot them my best look of fashion scorn.

Note that it is always a bright color. It is an effort to draw your eyes away from the fact that she is shaped like a mutant pear.

I suspect Hillary! wears her sweaters like that to eliminate the black backgroud for her dandruff. I honestly can't come up with another valid 'fashion' reason for her out dated look. She knows she'll be photographed quite often and does not want to hightlight the result of her poor hygiene habits - as it is quite obvious she does not wash her hair regularly.

I particularly enjoy it when she wears Old Crusty with the bright sweater jauntily tied around the shoulders TO A STATE FAIR!

It was a trendy "preppy" look about 20-25 years ago, and looked stupid and contrived back then too.
