Legalize drugs. That would save police force time, money, and prison space to focus more on Moslem terrorists. It also would take the money away from the dealers and pushers. This would make 30% of the black youth more productive, and employable. In other words, not only that we are going to save money and increase our security; we are also going to give hopes to millions of black Americans who are mesmerized by the drug money.

It will take 20 years for cocaine to kill as many people in America as islam killed in 2001.

I really don't see how more people strung out on drugs will make more people productive. Prices may be lower but there will be more people feeding their still costly drug habits. One can also debate the price argument since if it were legal, it would be manufatured and subject to a whole host of legalities that it's price would have to support. If no company wants to bear the possible liabilities, then it would still be an underground drug, just with a lot more of it of lower/questionable quality.
