If it's terrorism, why choose Montgomery County (and not the upscale parts of it either,) and not downtown D.C.?

The 'burbs, yes. And aristeides says this is in soccer mom country. But with an ID of the truck (except no license plate number), wouldn't someone have given at least a rough description of the two men? Probably not white, or we would have heard that already.
