While I am not disputing this, I'm more than a bit curious about the circumstances of these former Iraqi soldiers' relocation to the U.S.
Were they let in as refugees, POWs or what? Knowing this could go partway toward either explaining or refuting the so-far unproven charge that Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini might have been an Iraqi agent.
I'm still open to the idea he and others unknown were connected to a terrorist organization, not a foreign government.
I really don't remember the circumstances. Since becoming interested in this and getting into the archives here I've read so much on various subjects that it tends to blur. Maybe backhoe or glorygirl could help narrow it down for you with a link or two from the archives.
