Yes, he is, Aqua, and they will meet again in the morning to decide if they might still be needed, or can head for home.

There were a couple of tornados and still the danger of more from the storm, and since they are a Level I Trauma Team, they can integrate with hospital staff there to assist, should there be victims.

It is reassuring that the government acted before the fact to have qualified medical assistance in place before Lili hit!
