In reflecting on some recent court decisions, lynching does not seem to be any more of an evil than our injustice system. It all depends on the why, wherefore, and circumstances surrounding the decision.

In some respects, lynching could be considered an action by a pro-active jury carrying out their execution in accordance to their beliefs. I don't necessarily endorse lynching, but for some child killers, molesters, rapists, and pornographers, lynching would be preferable to the treatment they receive from some of our judges.
