I think that our troops should always be supported and honored, but I don't think we should blindly follow the politicians who send them to war.

You said: "I think that our troops should always be supported and honored, but I don't think we should blindly follow the politicians who send them to war."
What a bunch of bull pucky. Tell that to all soldiers who died in WWI and II, Korea, VietNam, the Gulf, and Bosnia, Afghanistan and all the other places in the World where we go to defend life and liberty. Tell that theory to their families too. Tell that to our friends who we lost, our family, the people we knew.
IF our military didn't do as ordered, there would be chaos!!
Your statements are just plain BullSh*t. You should be ashamed.
I leave you with a quote that seems to fit this conversation: ""War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
