With all due respect to Barnes, this AIN'T about the darn Senate race now. It about the rule of law. It's about whether that phrase still means anything. And it's about whether or not justice is for sale to whichever party that can get its pols into office and stack the courts. The principle matters here. That's why this decision bloody well needs to be appealed.

I've been saying this on several threads. It's the LAW that we're talking about. These judges, by f'ing the law are setting precedents for future screwing this law; or any law if you want to take this concept 10, 20, 30 years down the road. Pretty soon, a law will mean nothing. Sort of like the 20,000 gun control laws on the books which aren't enforced anyway. And Democrat people throw stones at AG John Ashcroft, who is one of the few guys that truely believes in the law. This country is in deep sh!t if this NJersey hocus-pocus BS is allowed to stick.

When I see and hear the crap that the Democrat party has done to this country since I was old enough to vote (34 years), I wish I never had children (25/21); because they're going to have to live with the sh!t that our generation legislated. The USA is going to look like France, for friggin-sake.

(exhale)Now I feel better.
