In any event, the order has a sentence about the military/absentee, the order being that "[they]be given precedence" or somesuch to ensure they get to vote. *sigh*

Thanks but I read the order ....they say nothing about counting the returned ballots....military/absentee....it looks like those votes are TOSSED!!!!!
