SCOTUS will probably not touch this theft, its simply not as compelling as the attempt by the Florida supreme court to steal the presidential election after the votes had been counted. I wish I were wrong, but give 85 percent odds that I'm right. Just remember; a 'republican', one Governor Christie Whitman appointed four of these judges and two of them (including Miss Poritz) were her attorneys general and call themselves "republicans".
