the NJSC decision basically says that they're doing this to preserve the two-party system - so both parties have a candidate. Both parties do have a candidate. Unfortunately one of them isn't man enough to take a loss.

How about in two weeks if Forrester's poll numbers start to tank and he decides to take his name off the ballot? Can we go to court and get his name replaced with a more known, likeable candidate? This is beyond farce and has gone from the ridiculous to the sublime.
