51 day deadline was changed to get more in line with Federal rules, having to do with Absentee ballots and enough time to send and return

Is the Dem lawyer making a case like "hey...it's only a few absentee ballots (and NONE of them are military) so tough luck if you filled yours out in a timely manner and returned it already" ???
