I think this has taken a turn for the worse, but the Attorney General is saying that the S. Ct. would have to get evidence from the County Clerks that they could get the revisions done. The AG is clearly partisan, but he is hurting himself. Maybe he wants to run for this seat in six years.

Courts are supposed to make decisions on the record that's in front of them, not the record that might be placed in front of them at some future point.
One thing to consider is that the NJSC knows that they would be in deep kimchee if they ordered this ballot change but it couldn't be completed in time for all voters -- including absentees.
