I think this has taken a turn for the worse, but the Attorney General is saying that the S. Ct. would have to get evidence from the County Clerks that they could get the revisions done. The AG is clearly partisan, but he is hurting himself. Maybe he wants to run for this seat in six years.

Not a good fact for the Dems. Courts are supposed to make decisions on the record that's in front of them, not the record that might be placed in front of them at some future point.

One thing to consider is that the NJSC knows that they would be in deep kimchee if they ordered this ballot change but it couldn't be completed in time for all voters -- including absentees.

Just covering his but because he know the counties will say different. He also implied that the courts should stay involved and force the counties to comply.
