Did you just hear Judge Napolitano on FNC? He stated the USSC will take it and overturn the NJ Supreme Court... The Judge wasn't saying that yesterday... He was saying they wouldn't take it.... Hmmm, do you think it possible that the Judge knows something we don't?

What has been posted here about what this Judge says causes me to believe he is singularly unimpressive. Does he actually get into the legal nuances, or is it all just airy conclusory generalities? They should get me on the air with him, so that we could snap at each other, and improve the ratings.
