You know there's enough money, sitting free and clear, in a Nigerian bank, to wipe out our deficit. If only stupid President Bush would use our federal bank account, I'm sure the nice man in charge of it would gladly give us 40% of the money for our efforts.
All Bush has to do is send them the account number for the General Fund.
