Let the Palestinian leadership wonder which of them are more serious about continuing their relationship with the CIA than with the Palestinian leadership. One or two? All of them? None?

If the Palestinians kill off their own *loyal* underlings, throwing out the baby with the bathwater, they create their own morale problem in the ranks, and give others a good self-preservation motivation to help Israeli or US efforts to eliminate the top dogs.
