The boy on the right looks like he's very near death. Why isn't Saddam spending some of his billions on getting medical care for this boy and others like him?

Saddam does withhold, but that boy is from Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Above him, are pomegranates.

Looking at the stack of money, and reading the exchange rate, I would have to say the rubber band that surrounds the money is probably worth more than the bundle that fellow is holding......

Saddam's plays with U.S. legislators in his palace..

While an ordinary Afgan child plays in among the headstones.

Very moving.

9/29/02 NYC, near Rockefeller Center. Islamists are allowed to disseminate propoganda for their evil, hateful, totalitarian religion at the street book fair, as is their way. We allow them to freely practice their religion here. Christians trying to do this in Islamic countries would be jailed, beaten and tortured, and have been in the recent past.

Yeah, that's me, with a really annoyed look on my face. No one answered my loudly-asked rhetorical question, "Where's the Christian bookstore in downtown Mecca?"

If these liberals actually accept anything they are shown in Iraq at face-value they are both dumber and more corrupt than they look. By the way, I loved RedBloodedAmerican's airplane collision photo. Way to go! Thanks for your hard work, Diogenesis!

"In America, when one person kills another, then kills themselves, they call it a murder-suicide.

Elsewhere, when that happens, they drop the murder part. I wonder why that is? Could it be, they don't want to paint their political/philosophical equals with that brush? Hmmmm????"

Foxnews is one of the only places I've heard refer to them as "Homicide-Bombers".

Saddam is so rich, his "people" are so poor. And David E. Bonior and Jim McDermott are so stupid.

I suspect that once our Operation in Iraq is under way and our success is reckoned, we will see in Iraq, what we saw in Afghanistan......
