No. What was the name of the guy who argued for Bush in Florida. He was a democrat but an honest one, and was an expert o election law. He was the lead attorney. I bet Howlin knows.

You mean David Boies the Microsoft guy with the JC Penney suits and black tennis shoes?

Just when you think the DemocRATS have reached their all-time low, they find a way to drop even lower.
This is a disgusting move and I hope that it blows up in their faces like all the rest of their recent tricks.

The guy with the salt and pepper hair. He was great. What was his name?
I can't believe Dem operatives are saying if the GOP challenges this, the voters will turn on the GOP???? SAY WHAT?? You guys inflict the pain and the mess and it's our fault. GAWWWWWDDDDDD. I cannot believe the shamelessness in all this. It is absolutely appalling.

Ok, the legal issue comes to this...the voters chose Torricelli. If Torricelli resigns or declines to run, since it is too late to add a candidate Forrester OUGHT to run unopposed.
It's the same legal issue which we investigated during Carnahan (I'm sure they looked at it), but declined to fight.
We'll fight this one, no problem. Talk up the fact that we let Carnahan go to be nice guys, haven't said a word about Patsy Mink.
