Or he will mysteriously die from a previously undiagnosed heart problem - just in time for an appointment to be made and the incumbant's name to be placed on the ballot (as per earlier post reference).

I just figured out who his replacement will be.
It's Hillary because;

1) Her a$$ is big enough to fill two seats.
2) Even though it's not legal, since when did the law and common sense matter to the Dems or Clintons. She will be the super senator from NY and NJ. The Dems will love it.

I'm was wondering if you are right and that was to be the strategy. But after hearing that speech, I think he won't resign because his EGO is too big.

Won't work. Direct violation of the public's Seventeenth Amendment right to elect their own Senators. The election MUST be held on November 5. If McGreevey attempts a cancellation, Forrester might as well go ahead and start measuring his Senate office for new carpets.
