Apparently Forrester doesn't have the criminal bent that Torch does. I usually feel sorry for men who cry in public, but this prick deserves it. He used and abused the public trust for base personal gain. Screw him. He should be thanking God that he's not in a jail cell, as is the guy who bribed him.
