If this kid is working the counter at McDonalds, then I'd wager to guess that he actually does have a job - either that, or McDonalds is now staffed by volunteers, which I doubt.

I think if you read the original post, you would be able to find out if the kids were working McD's, and also about Motley's original interest in them was an "Anti-Flag".
