How come parts are in english and parts aren't??

Well, if you are asking me, I am no expert,
but it looks like Youranuom is a transliteration
of the word for Uranium in the language
of some former Soviet Republic.

I call it Euro-speak. Most folks in the scientific and military comunities use this type of labeling. As long as it is simple, everyone concerned can read it easily.
