There is plenty of public footage from Russian bio-weapons labs showing how when they store their little 'experiments' they seal them in glass tubes, and fuse they ends shut to create amperes like you see there.

You would not store uranium in glass would you? Nor do I think you would store chemical weapons. Seems to me the most likely thing woud be a biological agent. Seems the guy stopped had himslef a little WMD WalMart.

That makes sense about the glass tubes. Does anyone know if those were found with the uranium in that taxi? In the photo of the tubes, it shows them being held in front of what look to me like bullets or ammunition of some sort. Does anyone else think that? Dang, I wish we knew more about this.
