If the Republicans regain the Senate, we'll be back to Trent Lott as Majority Leader and the RINOs in both houses will hold the balance of power...it takes 60 votes in the Senate to stop a filibuster. The main difference would be that committees would have Republican chairmen, meaning that well-qualified conservative nominees like Pickering and Owen would be confirmed, and not blocked by Leahy and the other nine loathsome leftwing loonies on the Judiciary Committee.

That's good enough for me!

The war against the left will be waged on the bench and through purges within the regulatory agencies. That's where the Socialists wield their power - distributing and receiving money through HUD, Education, HHS, DOE etc to their academic co-conspirators, civil service unions, identity-based constituencies and corrupt judges.
