People constantly "misunderestimate" George W. Bush, at their own peril.

I agree. People think that he's not really dangerous. That the patriot act is really a good thing. That expanding the federal government is good for us all. He's an extremely dangerous man and his evil nature should not be "misunderestimated."

So I guess I can assume that you're one of the 30% or so who didn't vote for GW for Texas gov?

I voted for Bush, but back when he was running he seemed like a decent fellow with some good policies, although I thought he was a little on the liberal side for a Republican, but I thought he'd be safe and so much better after Clinton. Now when I hear his voice on TV I sort of cringe and I just can't believe he's turned into this other person.

I hate to say it, but I agree with you. I predict within 2 years none of us will be very happy campers, and Hillary will sail right into the presidency. I hope I'm wrong on this.
