Well, perhaps my memory off the top of my hat isn't perfect, but I'm not embarrassed by it! LOL! IIRC, was he 3rd from the top? I just don't recall at the moment.

And yes it makes me mad, in fact it makes me furious, that he had so much access to secrets.
