Lou Harris himself is a long-time Democrat. I believe that his wife is related to some prominent Democrat, but I can't remember whom, perhaps Hubert Humphrey, but probably not. I think Harris polls usually overstate Democrat strength.

Conservatives can be quite popular if they hide their mean steaks and stop bashing RINO's. Never forget that when it is all said and done, the soccer moms rule the roost. Nothing PO's them more than a bunch of rabid, conservative kooks.
