My brother is a union steward, and I have heard his rants about
worthless,drunken workers he is forced to defend against all logic and fairness.But he will not take a stand for managementSorry to inform you, but I think your brother's actions (or lack thereof) is a major part of the contributing factor of your hatred for unions.
If you ever ran your own company you would realize that unions are not reasonable,they force you to either go out of business or raise your prices and than you get less business. It's a spiral to the bottom for both entities. It's just a matter of time till everyone loses their jobs.
