Actually I think the damage's alrewady been done by NBC and a local NBC station that ran a solid half hour piece on Tori and Chang without commercial interrruption.

This really pisses me off. The jocks of the world teach us to take fouls in the final minutes of the game because winning is all that counts. The Rats teach us to take fines for illegal contributions because winning is all that counts.

How much were the fines as a percentage of the contributions? The fines are a cost of doing corrupt business. No wonder the Rats oppose the death penalty.

There is a thorough and detailed report on Linda Daschle in an issue of Washington Monthly, by Nathalie Perrier (?) going into the deaths of the Indian tribes doctors on small planes belonging to close friend of both Daschles. Safety inspections compromised. Think L. Daschle sanctioned, not sure.
