A better headline would be, "Torch gets Torched."

For a long time, it was, "Drip...drip...drip."
Now, it's "gush-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h!".

It'd be interesting to know which Third Circuit judges are on this panel. I wonder if one of them is Rendell's wife.

Tom Daschle is not feeling well.

T's argument regarding preparing for an appeal is specious. He knows exactly what he did! There will be no surprises....

Torricelli's lawyers argued that the immediate release would rob him of the right to adequately prepare for an appeal. Oh, reaaaaalllllly. How might a public release keep them from preparing their appeal? Torch seems to be intimating that the appellate judges would be swayed by the inevitable publicity. Good move: insult the judges.
Wouldn't have anything to do with his own campaign, would it?
The man has always been a turd in search of a punchbowl. Now it seems that the punchbowl he's found is his own.

I'll bet the Torch was really enjoying it when the dems attempted to ruin then-Governor Bush during the GOP primaries with the DUI tactic.
He just better put some ice on this one.

I hope that Daschle runs for POTUS in '04.
The pictures of him supporting Torricelli are worth $millions.

Am I the only one who hears a falling shoe?
A set up of the "Clinton-Blew-A-Gasket-During-His-Deposition" type.
If Torricelli knew that the papers are basically a rehashing of the same-old, same-old, he can play their release as being old news, which is the next best thing to exhoneration to a 'Rat. "They really weren't as bad as everybody said they were, so I'm not really such a bad guy".
This just seems to be too convenient.
I hope I'm wrong.
To make Y'all feel better, I'm wrong a lot.

I so hope the Republicans pay the f**king rats back when they take control of the Senate.
"Oh, did you say something Tommy? I'm sorry, we didn't hear you. And we won't hear you, at all, even once, for the next 730 days. You guys could just go home, you know."
Knowing the Republicans, the very first thing that will happen is they'll come out and blather about "bipartisanship". GRRR! Even thinking about it makes me mad.

WNBC on TorchThis made the evening news up here. They're devoting the ENTIRE local news broadcast to this. WOW!
