That's your taxes -- MY taxes are only used for the right stuff, like roads, and bridges, and military stuff.

I keep wishing the same thing. However, I don't have much choice in the matter. I'm being forced to finance my own destruction.
Live more cheaply, make less money, try to get by a little more. It's like quicksand...the more you struggle, the faster you sink. I'm shrugging in about 4 weeks. Completely. Going to be a stay at home mom. They simply will not get my taxes. I will probably not be replaced at work because of a hiring freeze. We will learn to live with far less. I will consume and buy much less as will my hubby. I advise you to do the same as much as possible.
