That's exactly what the educrats want to see happen. Enroll them in ps which translates into more $$$ for govt. schools.

There is nothing in the US Constitution about education but what the heck do they care, as long as they attempt to have control over kids.

Indeed, the state could have no other position if home-schooling is illegal. The fifth amendment would then protect home-schooling parents from self-incrimination!
