If the victims of violent crime can sue gun manufacturers for the
ILLEGAL use of the firearms, then these same victims should be able to sue the state if the criminals are found to have been given early release.
Of course, it will never happen. However, all gun and ammunition manufacturers should immediately refuse to sell their products in the state. This SHOULD include law enforcement agencies.
