As for Byrd, it's time for the senile old bas#$%^to be put out to pasture. He's contaminated the Senate long enough.

Bryd, the biggest porker in the Senate. The man who attempted to add millions tacked on the defense bill in order to get money for his pet projects. Fortunely the senate actually believed the President would veto the bill if they porked it.
