When male dogs get really, really old, they don't lift their legs anymore. So maybe we can hope that the current Senate dems get really, really old.

I've also noticed than when male dogs are neutered at a very early age, as they do when you get a pup from the pound or animal shelter, they tend to not know that they are male and should lift their leg. Seen year and a half and two year old male dogs who were neutered early and they have no idea!!!
