Lawyer anecdote for you:

On my way home tonight the topic on a local radio talk show was mold. Yes mold, and how there are now all sorts of lawsuits being filed because people have become ill over mold.

It seems that the asbestos issue has an end. There's just so much asbestos in the world where mold is never ending as it grows.

A local caller had attended a trial lawyers convention recently. He said when he walked into the room there was a large sign in the front of the room that said, "Mold is Gold".

Watch for this to be the next big issue. It will overtake "big food", "big pop", and "big tobacco".

Ladies, let's not lose an opportunity to remind everyone that the newly nominated FL Gov. candidate - Bill McBride -is not only a trial lawyer, he's the former managing partner of several thousand trial lawyers. And let's not forget his wife - a banker!

Edwards is going to milk his big case - the little girl in the swimming pool - for every soccer mom, and, alas, many will fall for it. He'll remind them that it's trial lawyers....for the children.
