So she cant get rid of the dreads without shaving her head? hmmmm.....well, if she comes to school with a shaved head, would that be considered "outlandish"? or will she have to wear a wig?

That aside, I hate dreads. They are ugly, dirty and silly looking IMO.

Maybe she could just put a wig over her dreads. That would solve the problem. She can have the dreads on her own time, and the school can have a well-groomed inmate on school time.
