Actually, I think Dasshole figured that the usual lap dog media (and to some extent they did) would just play his Rant over and over, without providing proper context to his contextual distortion.....He knows the war thing is kicking their ass, and in all likely hood, as it stands right now, is going to make him Minority leader.
