I just followed the links under the heading and wrote Zell Miller about what an excellent speech he made and hoped he can change some partisan minds. Miller "gets it" and maybe he can change a few minds.

The lib/dems don't want America to know the truth

It occurred to me this morning that this might have been planned, attack Bush to cover up the nasty little things that were going to be discussed today, say, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.

I'll be more impressed with him when he realizes that he's in the wrong party. When will he decide that that gnome from South Dakota has far too much power? He wouldn't be making statements like these if he hadn't supported Daschle by staying in the Democrat Party all this time.

Thanks for the info. Since Daschle didn't back off an inch, we can only assume he knows the media will cover his sorry butt with carefully orchestrated sound bites, rather than showing the portions of the speech this morning where Daschle looked and sounded like a lunatic.

OK, Miller is supporting the President's position. I assume all Pubbies are also supporting Dubya. So with Miller's support, that should mean there is a majority of votes to pass the Homeland Security bill. So why hasn't it been passed? Answer: Daschle.

Wrong.

answer: RINO's like Lincoln Chafee, panting like a hound after a bitch in heat to cast in his lot with moderates like Breaux.

Believe me, the federal employee unions are well aware of what is being discussed. They have a promise from little Tommy to protect their jobs - even at the cost of American lives, if need be.

The democrats are NOW committed.

Their "soft on terror" "pro-save-sadaam's regime" party colors are running true.

They have bitten the bullet and come out of the closet. They have thrown down the gauntlet and determined to fight this election, ON OUR TERMS.. HooYah!

REPEAT after me... Democrats are the "soft on terror" party.

Now lets see if conservatives can hold the line till november... and throw carnahan and the torch out... STRIP the dems of their power...

The democrats have EVISCERATED themselves with this outbreak.. meaning they have caucused on it and made the strategic commitment to go after the SEVENTY percent who support the president... and the sixty eight percent of americans who currently beleive that it is the DEMOCRATS who have politicized this for personal gain...

GREAT!!!

If zell jumped today... chafee and two others would jump tomorrow... fwiw.

The supreme irony is that the A-List targets for the terrorists are all filled with those same union members (and US Senators)

It makes you wonder how stupid people can be.

I don't think Zell is up for re-election until 2006...but every time I call his office, I tell them I didn't vote for him because he ran as a Democrat, but I sure wish he'd switch parties....

And every time, they say he has no plans to do so.
