Most of us want to see the same sensible regulation of those drugs now considered "illicit" as we have for alcohol and prescription drugs.

We already have "sensible" regulation.
Unlike alcohol and prescription drugs, there are no legitimate uses for those substances that are banned.
Their abuse is merely for the purpose of self-destructive behavior.
