Well, this idiot has already forgotten that My Lai didn't happen in the '70s, and now has created a huge credibility gap for himself. In under 15 seconds, I found this on the 'net:

"My Lai Massacre
On March 16, 1968 the angry and frustrated men of Charlie Company, 11th Brigade, Americal Division entered the village of My Lai."

Amazing that My Lai is so prominent on a continent where the natives routinely slaughter each other by the thousands for no discernable reason.
