Saddam surrendered and tried to save his ass by agreeing to numerous U.N. (read: U.S.) demands. He's violated them all.
Should we let him play games 11 years later? his "Unfettered access" now means military bases only- hospitals, universities, and dozens of "palace" complexes are off -limits.
