Excerpts:
Davis (California), Jane Swift (Massachusetts), Jane Hull (Arizona), and Jesse Ventura (Minnesota) also have very poor records on spending restraint.

Jane Hull (R) of Arizona earned 49 points out of 100 and a 'D' as an overall fiscal policy grade. (Table I)

Hull has proposed a personal income tax rate decrease and sales tax increases...

Lots of interesting tax policay analysis in the report!

In defense of Ohio republican gov. Taft, the democrat Ohio Supreme court ruled Ohio's school funding unconstitutional and required Ohio to spend billions on schools.

If we ever get a democrat US supreme court, expect a ruling that the US tax and budgets are unconstitutional and trillions will be shifted from "bad" policies to "good" policies.
