Being a citizen has become meaningless.

Face it. You no longer have to be a citizen to vote. Legal aliens and illegal aliens can vote. So can residents.

With the rise of the liberal democrat supported Federalisn, it is now relatively meaningless to be a citizen of a given state. The laws between the states are almost in lock step with one another. Sure their are small differences. But eventually, the federal pablim will envelop us all.

Most Americans feel helpless. Why? Well look at the royalty whom sit in the Senate. The founders of this country clearly feared what the 14th Amendment wrought upon us. First the 14th and it was destined... the 16th Amendment.

You don't like it... too bad. GO ahead vote. With the rise in federalisn came an equivalent diluting of our voting power. That is now the same with the democrat sponsored non-citizen voting block.

Citizens pay the bills through taxes. Non-citizens reap the benefits. It is no wonder why our terrirories wish to stay that way and not become States.

he joined millions of other illegal aliens in this country who entered legally and then simply overstayed without fear of detection or punishment. Our politicians are so goddam power addicted that they persuade the LEO's to ignore the laws. Any LEO who won't ignore the immigration laws has their budget cut where they can't afford to pursue illegal aliens.

I'm waiting for the next catastrophic terrorist attack where the feds will be able to grasp our Bill of Rights by the throat and choke the life out of America and her citizens. Then our nation will be suitable for the New World Order to take command and crush our Constitution into hushed memories.

Saddam has called for a regime change in the US. By the United States failing to protect the rear, he is liable to get it over a period of time. Can any reasonable person imagine our policies regarding our borders will save us from terrorist attacks?

We have many foreign governments, some with known nuclear capabilities, gunning for us. With 2% of our cargo containers inspected in our ports and trucks coming into the country at about the same rate of inspections we are headed for a fall. Any sensible list of priorities would get our borders and ports protected above any other considerations.

In many ways you're better off being an illegal than a citizen. If you're a citizen and are caught driving without a license or liability insurance you get in trouble but an illegal is allowed to go free. If you are a citizen and decide to commit document fraud and for whatever reason try to have several identities, it's considered a felony crime but it's totally acceptable if you're an illegal.
