I'd still like someone to list me the executive orders that Bush stopped

"The other two executive orders will remove two executive orders issued by Clinton. One, issued in 1994, required contractors that take over custodial and other services in public buildings from other contractors to give the employees of the previous contractor the right of first refusal on jobs for which they are qualified. The other, issued in 1993, instructed federal agencies to bargain with Employee unions over so–called "permissive" topics covered under the Federal Services Labor– Management Relations statute."

Don't worry, facts won't stop them from repeating their rhetorical question again and again and again.
