That is one of the most preposterous statements I have heard lately. With few exceptions (Washington DC, New York City, Maryland, New Jersey, and a couple of the southern states), white women seeking abortion far exceed black women, often by more than 2:1 and in some cases even exponentially. How is that keeping the black population under control?

I have some articles I intend to post, and I'll ping you when I post them. 2 to 1 doesn't mean much without considering the number of women of childbearing age and fertility rates (when you see someone discuss 'differential fertility' and 'differential fecundity,' chances are they're afraid of a growing Black population). BTW, the abortion rate among Blacks is three times the rate among Whites.
