Those “violations boil down to, sneak and peek warrants which have been in law long before Bush came into office and the only change in the PA was the time extension on notification. The PA also changed wire-tapping laws to bring account for present technology including cell-phones and the Internet and all judicial review requirements are the same as they always have been.
