If the republicans were short of a majority by ten members, just ten Republicans in name only would give them the majority.
What good are ten Republicans you can't count on? I'd rather have Republicans that I know we can count on, rather than liberals with an "R" next to their name. A vote for a liberal is still a vote for a liberal, regardless of the letter next to their name.
